2. Information, not an offer
The website describes the services we offer and how we work. It is not an offer that can be accepted. Scope, price, responsibilities, ownership and support are agreed only in a written proposal and contract.
3. Articles and guides
Our articles and guides are general information. They are not legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace advice on your situation. We cite our sources and date our statements. Rules and products change, so check the current state before you rely on anything for a decision.
4. Illustrations and examples
Some parts of the website show illustrative examples, not real client systems or results. This includes dashboards marked “Demo data”, the before-and-after example and people or images created for illustration. The case studies we name describe the scope of the work, as stated on the page.
5. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation for either side. Please do not send patient data, other health data or client-confidential documents through the contact form. If a project needs such information, we will agree a secure way to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the data you send us.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images, paintings, illustrations, logos and design of this website belong to OmniMed Global B.V. or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own information. You may quote short passages from our articles with a link to the source. Any other use, such as copying the website or reusing images, requires our written permission. “Postmodel” and the Postmodel logo may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.

We link to sources and other websites so that you can check what we write. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available, complete or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or from relying on its content, to the extent the law allows. 10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
